Public Comments Accepted for Proposed Rule 10.4

The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission proposes to adopt Rule 10.4: Method for Consensus Classification of Chest Radiographs in Pneumoconiosis Cases.

The Commission will accept written comments on the proposal through July 2, 2026. Written comments must be received by the Commission no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2026, and should be sent to: Chief Deputy Commissioner James J.
